We can assist you if you need technical support for the following issues:


    1. If you are having problems with your Online Orientation.
    2. You can't log in to your class.
    3. If you are having trouble accessing your class.
    4. If you're class is not showing up (and it has already started)
    5. If a class that you dropped more than one week ago is still on your WebCT account.
    6. If you are having trouble submitting assignments in WebCT
    7. If you are having problems taking quizzes and exams that have not expired, or posting to discussions or using WebCT Mail.
    8. If you can't get a feature of WebCT to work properly.  Remember to click on the "Help" link from any page to get WebCT Help .
    9. If you can't get an Audio Room to work properly.  Currently, Audio Rooms are only compatible with Windows.  (However, the WebCT Chat is cross-platform.)

A Brief Guide to All Other Questions

  •  During the first weeks of any term, we may be able to serve you better through our Form/Email.
  • If request help by phone, please have your schedule handy so that you can provide us with the necessary information, such as your course number, instructor name, etc.
  • Don't forget that you have an extensive and very easy to follow set of instructions for any function in WebCT by accessing the WebCT help link from the course page that is giving you difficulty)
