contact your Hybrid or Web-Enhanced course professor if:
- You can't log in to a Hybrid, or Web-Enhanced class
which
meets weekly. As this is not Distance Education class, we
do
not provide technical support for it.
- You have questions or problems in the class.
Important: Your instructor is
always the first person you should turn to for technical assistance in
this instance. You are supposed to be seeing your instructor at least
weekly if you are attending class.
If you can't reach your instructor, the following
provides some contact information for assistance in logging in to
Hybrid Courses based on the Location of your classroom:

Emailing will result in faster response times.
The best way
to contact your Distance Education professor is via WebCT Mail.
However, read your
Syllabus, Welcome or other content in your course on WebCT to check if
the instructor has given you an external email address and/or office
number. If you cannot access WebCT Mail and your professor has
not provided you with an external email address, you may search for in
the Online
Directory.
Note: The above is applicable whether your course delivery platform is WebCT or Blackboard.
