Please contact your professor if:

You are having problems with the Access Code from your textbooks publisher. OR you may need to contact the textbook publisher. Click here for more information on troubleshooting Access Codes from the Publisher.
You are having trouble understanding your course content.
Your assignment or quiz/exam has expired, or you need to retake it, resubmitted, due to error and it will "not let you". (We cannot reset exams).
Your assignment, quiz, or syllabus has the incorrect date or is not available.
You have been denied access to the class by your instructor. (You will receive and error message from WebCT stating this.)
You want to know if you can get re-instated into his/her class after being dropped and registration has ended.

The best way to contact your Distance Education professor is via WebCT Mail. However, read your Syllabus, Welcome or other content in your course on WebCT to check if the instructor has given you an external email address and/or office number. If you cannot access WebCT Mail and your professor has not provided you with an external email address, you may search for in the Online Directory.

Hybrid On Campus Courses:

Contact your instructor if you need help logging in to your class or have questions about the class. As this is not Distance Education class, we do not provide technical support for it.

                Your instructor is always the first person you should turn to for technical assistance in this instance. You are supposed to be seeing your instructor at least weekly if you are attending class.
                If you can't reach your instructor, the following provides some contact information for assistance in logging in to Hybrid Courses based on the Location of your classroom:

                      For Hybrid Courses at Southeast, Northeast, or Coleman Colleges: 713-718-8133, or email them at webct@hccs.edu. Emailing will result in faster response times.
