Please contact your professor if:

The best way to contact your Distance Education professor is via WebCT Mail. However, read your Syllabus, Welcome or other content in your course on WebCT to check if the instructor has given you an external email address and/or office number.  If you cannot access WebCT Mail and your professor has not provided you with an external email address, you may search for in the Online Directory.
Contact your instructor if you need help logging in to your class or have questions about the class.  As this is not Distance Education class, we do not provide technical support for it.                 Your instructor is always the first person you should turn to for technical assistance in this instance. You are supposed to be seeing your instructor at least weekly if you are attending class.
