Online Tutor

HCC Distance Education (DE) students have access to FREE online tutoring. Tutoring is provided through two services, (1) Smarthinking which offers tutoring in a variety of disciplines (Math, Science, Spanish, Online Writing Lab {OWL}, Accounting, etc.) and (2) Ask Online which offers support to students needing assistance with written assignments.

When logging in to online classes via WebCT, students will notice access buttons for both Smarthinking and Ask Online on the WebCT Homepage.
Simply click the appropriate button for information on how to login to the online tutoring services.

Remember - students who are enrolled in at least one DE class have access to both Smarthinking and Ask Online! Tutoring is accessible from the WebCT Hompeage.
