The Virtual College of Texas (VCT) is a collaborative of Texas' fifty community college districts and the State of Texas Technical College System. HCC is not currently participating in the VCT. It is our hope that HCC DE course offerings will meet the needs of most HCC students. However, if you need to take a class online that is not currently available via HCC Distance Education, please contact the DE Counselors for assistance.
