Assistance with admissions, registration, degree planning, and other counseling related issues. Students with special needs, please contact the Distance Education Counselor for a referral to the appropriate Disability Support Services Counselor to initiate your accommodation request. The general DE Student Services email address is decounseling@hccs.edu.

Julian Cabrero - assistance with distance education course testing related questions, and questions regarding class orientations for distance education classes that require an "in-person" orientation (i.e., videocassette course orientations). Students who miss their scheduled class orientation should contact Julian Cabrero to determine the procedure for scheduling a "make-up" orientation.

Eva Gonzalez - gathers the information that is needed by the Distance Education Office in order to provide services to students who live outside of the Houston area. All students who will not be living in Houston during the semester in which they are enrolled are encouraged to contact Eva Gonzalez prior to the beginning of the semester in order to obtain guidance regarding the information that is needed for services to be initiated.
